I charge a flat fee for home and virtual appointments. Home visits are billed at a higher rate than virtual sessions to account for travel time. Follow up sessions at home or virtually are billed at a lower rate than initial sessions.  Each session fee includes 1 week of unlimited text and phone call followup. Phone consultation is available at a nominal fee for established clients after virtual support window has ended  Rates for home visits differ depending on what part of the San Francisco Bay Area you reside in. Contact me or book online to learn more about my fees!

I accept payment via debit or credit card, your payment information will be collected at the time of booking your appointment and you will be charged on the day of the appointment. Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Paying with HSA/FSA:

The payment platform that I use does accept HSA cards, as long as they are issued by one of the major card brands (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or Amex. If your card is not accepted via either of these platforms you may pay via regular debit/credit card and I will provide you with a receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Insurance:

I am not currently in network with any insurance company. I require payment at time of service, and upon request I will provide you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
